About Mark Stern MNAEA

My career in Estate Agency began in 1979 when I left school and took my first estate agency job in central London. Over four decades of experience under my belt working with both corporate and independent estate agencies along the way, I recently set up sales departments for two independent estate agents building them from the ground up, one in Watford and the other based in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

I believe the industry has evolved over the past few years. I am accountable by owning my own estate agents because in todays property market, the emphasis is now focused on the individual estate agent rather than the name above the door.

With a focus on a personal service, delivering quality over quantity and building relationships through integrity and professionalism I aim to get the best results for all of my clients, be it selling or letting their properties.
